TRASH are the clothes we like to wear; created to visualise our Berlin way of life in the city’s underground. We like to think of ourselves as creative types, we chose to create TRASH to express imperfection through creativity. Our label is only on the inside because in the inside is who we really are. No labels outside.

The Urban dictionary defines street life as living on the streets and struggling to survive, often used loosely by white kids living in bubbles and think that it’s “cool”, a joke. Street life in this definition is connected to Hip-Hop Culture, and or gangs the graffiti culture where many people use drugs and are desperate for money.

VULNERABILITY

Hey, we often tend to camouflage our vulnerabilities in order to belong and to avoid being trashed, Brené Brown calls this “numbing”; but when we numb our vulnerabilities, by default we also numb our cool feelings. But when we are ok with our vulnerabilities and take the courage to live them out in the open, we can no longer be trashed. We are free.
